Immediate Opening for Veterinary Receptionist

Are you passionate about animals and looking to kickstart your career in a friendly, dynamic environment? Morgan Hill Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Be the First Smile: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
Keep Things Organized: Manage phone calls, appointments, and client inquiries efficiently.
Team Support: Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth daily operation.
Maintain Records: Update and maintain client files and records with a keen eye for detail.
Customer Service: Provide information about services, answer questions, and ensure each client feels valued.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year as a receptionist or in a similar role, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both pet owners and team members.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a calm demeanor during busy times.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and managing digital records.
Positive Attitude: A genuine love for animals and a passion for helping others.
